We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work with our air permitting group. This person's main duties will include assisting senior staff with facility audits, air permits, and other facility compliance and environmental, health, and safety issues. This person must be able to work in a team while completing several tasks on their own. RTP is looking for someone with 0-2 years experience and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of NJDEP's RADIUS and USEPA's TANKS is a plus. The person must have graduated from an accredited four year institution with a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science field.

We are seeking an independent minded individual to work with our site remediation group. This person's main duties will be to assist the senior staff in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations, and remedial actions. In addition to environmental investigations this person will also be involved in indoor air quality and asbestos inspections and assessments. RTP is looking for someone with 0-2 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office. OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, AHERA Asbestos Inspector training, and familiarity with the NJDEP Tech Regs and UST regulations are a plus. The person must have graduated from an accredited four year institution with a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science field.

We have an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a junior-level Environmental Scientist in our Long Island (Westbury) office.  The position will provide support to various environmental projects.  Duties will include environmental compliance activities including the preparation of permit applications, storm water pollution prevention and spill prevention, Phase I, II, and III investigations, and environmental impact statements, as well as field work associated with air, water and soil sampling.  Understanding of water and storm water issues and associated regulatory compliance a plus.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years environmental consulting experience.  Must be highly motivated and detail oriented and possess strong technical writing abilities with a commitment to customer service.  Proficiency with MS Office applications is also required.  The successful applicant will be a self-starter working within a team environment and will have good organizational/communication skills.  Must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload, travel and be on-call as needed.  BS in environmental science or related field required.
